Any violation of these terms shall lead to the commission being cancelled and depending on the violation the client can be blacklisted.

I have the right to cancel the commission at any time giving the client a full/partial refund.

For Live2D Models, there will be an additional charge if you don't have a drawn character design. The minimum price is $150 USD, and in the case you want me to design your model, I can include up to 2 sketch variations of the character. If you just need an outfit designed, it is a minimum of $80 USD.

The client is aware they are buying a digital good. The client pays the artist for creating a digital drawing and for the right to use said artwork as stated in Usage and Rights.

I retain the rights to use the artwork for my portfolio, meaning I won't use the drawing for personal gain and I won't sell it to anyone else, but I will use it as an example of my work.

It is strictly prohibited to use any artwork that you've commissioned from me for AI learning, meaning you cannot upload my artwork on AI art generating programs or sites or anything of that sorts.

It is also strictly prohibited to use any of the artwork you commissioned from me as NFTs or anything similar.

I accept USD currency, and commissions can be paid only through PayPal invoice.

Payment can be either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after line-art and flat colors are done. THIS ONLY APPLIES TO ORDERS OVER $100 USD

I will send you an invoice requesting the payment once I'm ready to start on your model.

There is a 5% service fee applied to the final price.

Base prices are subject to change without notice. Commissions initiated before updates to prices are not affected.

Rush order fee is 2x the price.

I have the right to refuse any commission I see fit.

In order to request a commission with me, you first need to fill out and submit the order form. After that, I will contact you through the platform that you requested.

The time it takes to finish your commission varies from 2 to 10 weeks, depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the artwork and other work. If there are any delays, I will notify you.

I will keep you updated on every step of the process (sketch, line-art, coloring, final render) and ask you for feedback and confirmation.

For Live2D Models, the file will be in a PSD format with layers, ready to be rigged in Live2D. Stream graphics will be delivered in a PNG/MP4 format.

To check to see if you read this document, please type the word "Pancakes" when asked in the commission form.

I will upload the file to Google Drive and share the download link to the client. I can also email it to you if that is more preferred.

In the case of partial payment, I will deliver the PSD file after full payment has been made.

Before ordering please consider: I won't give out any hard deadlines to finish the commission. Completion depends on my availability and free time, so a fixed amount of time until completion can never be defined. However, I will finish every commissioned work, unless it was canceled. I will try my best to give you estimates, but life does happen, and I cannot guarantee a deadline. You will be notified of any delays that arise.

There are max 3 revisions during the sketching phase.

Changes can be done after the artwork is completed, but fees might apply depending on complexity.

Changes that are requested by the Live2D Rigger are free of charge as long as they help with the process of rigging.

The rigger has my permission to make small changes to the PSD to help with the rigging process. Please have them notify me so I can make a note. Do not make changes to the PSD file yourself.

You must have a legitimate reason to request a cancellation.

You will receive a full refund if I do not deliver or if I'm unable to start on your commission.

If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.

If you choose to cancel at any point, I'm allowed to use and repurpose the work I've done for other projects while you aren't allowed to use it anymore for any purpose.

The buyer can request a 25% refund if you request to cancel after the commission is started.

At any point during a commission, if I do not receive a needed reply from you within one month, the commission may be canceled. If the commission was already paid, the you have an additional month to contact me for a partial refund. After this additional month, no refunds will be considered.

VTuber model commissions come with commercial use rights. You can use the character for streaming, merch and more. (Commercial use is any reproduction or purpose that is marketed, promoted, or sold and incorporates a financial transaction).

Chat pets do NOT come with commercial rights. If you would like to make merch of them, an additional fee is required.

You obtain the IP (Intellectual property) of the artwork upon delivery.

I retain the copyright of the artwork.

You cannot sell the PSD file without my consent.

You cannot claim the artwork as your own work.

You cannot edit the model artwork without my permission or ask someone else to alter the model in any way. Only your rigger, and myself have permission to edit the model

You cannot use my art as a base for anything, meaning you're not allowed to trace over my artwork in any way.

I require to be credited on the clients social media platform. You can use my twitter handle or my twitch URL as a crediting source.

I may recycle sketches and works that were rejected for other commissions or personal works.

I may revoke rights to the work if the client uses my assets/work to engage in hate speech or anything of the sort.
